Ivy Jean’s is located 3 miles west of Cape Fair MO off Hwy 76, just ½ a mile up from beautiful Table Rock Lake. You’ll not only enjoy the big beautiful farmhouse, we call The Dancing Fork, but also a huge open-air pavilion, plenty of yard space, gardens, rocking chair porches, fish ponds, fountains and farm animals all wrapped up in the peace and quiet of the country. You’re going to love it here!

1 Queen Bed, 1 twin bed, private handicap accessible bathroom with large shower, bay window seat, TV and mini refrigerator. A nice covered porch is just off the doorway.
1 Four Poster Queen Bed, 1 Twin Day Bed with roll out twin trundle bed, sink & mirror, TV. This room shares a double bathroom across the hall with room #3.

We’re happy to say that our overnight accommodations and event facilities along with the outside areas here at Ivy Jean’s Farmstead are more than just wheelchair accessible or ADA compliant, we are very Wheelchair Friendly!

The Honeymoon Suite Loft (aka ‘The Donkey Loft’ named because you can see the donkey’s, Moses & Odie’s, pasture from the balcony!) A spacious tree top loft suite with high ceilings and lots of windows. Features 1 King Size Bed, private balcony, electric fireplace, 2-person corner Air Masseur jetted tub, a private bathroom, TV & DVD player, table and chairs, coffee pot and mini refrigerator.
The outside, covered 1,820 square foot ‘Supper Pavilion’ includes propane grill, Black Stone Griddle and utensils, refrigerator and sink, multiple food serving/prep counters for caterers etc. and a wood fire pit area just off the pavilion.
First thing we want you to know is, we are NOT located in a subdivision, a housing development, a resort complex or in a timeshare project! We are a private small family farm in the country, close to the lake and creeks, where the big starry nights shine brightly and the woodland critters and barnyard animals can be heard and enjoyed! It’s easy to connect to The Creator through his beautiful creations here on our 10-acre farm. Your time here is yours alone, it’s not shared with any other guests on property at all; only the owners, Tim and Cyndi, live on property. You have plenty of private parking on property and your own driveway access.
We are less than ½ mile up from Wooley Creek Cove at point 14 on Table Rock Lake where the fish bite year-round and the primitive lake access is a good place to launch kayaks or swim the day away. We are just 25 minutes west of Silver Dollar City and many Branson attractions and just 45 minutes from Bass Pro’s Dogwood Canyon Nature Park. The original Bass Pro and Wonders of Wildlife is just 45 min away located in Springfield. Just 4 miles away is the Cape Fair Marina and Campground. We have fantastic Flea Markets and Antique stores just up the road a bit. We also have a couple great restaurants in our little town too. All our roads are paved to the farm and easily accessible.
We are close to some of the greatest day hiking trails the Midwest has to offer. The trails are around the Buffalo River National Park area in Ark, it’s beautiful!
