Includes all standard venue amenities and facilities. You will have facility use of Ivy Jean’s from 10 am to 11 pm day of event, plus 2 hours for ceremony rehearsal the night before.

This package includes: Two different sites to choose from: Whippoorwill Ridge Log Chapel or Big Sky Wedding/Event Pavilion.
We offer an on-site Christian Ordained Minister who will deliver a personal yet scriptural, bible based, loving ceremony. You may use your own Minister; however, this person must perform a respectable, bible based, scriptural ceremony. We provide witnesses if needed, ringing the Chapel Bell (if Chapel is chosen) after ceremony, photos taken with your camera by us. As the officiate, we will fill out the legal paperwork of the state marriage license and mail to the proper authorities.
This price includes up to 15 people including B&G. Any extra guests will be an additional $10 charge per guest up to a maximum of 30 total. Infant – 5yrs old are free & not included in total.

A Complete Intimate Wedding with Reception. So Affordable and Fabulous!
This package includes: Two different sites to choose from: Whippoorwill Ridge Log Chapel or Big Sky Wedding/Event Pavilion.

Reception includes: Decorated wedding cake table. Table & chairs, Wedding Cake, Fruit punch, Coffee, Nuts or popcorn, 1 bottle of non-alcoholic Sparkling Cider for a 2-person toast. Background music from your playlist along with your song choice for your first dance as a newly married couple. You may set out your personal center piece decorations on the tables.
The reception will take place at the beautiful outdoor Dinner Pavilion or at the Big Sky Pavilion. We will take photos of your event with your camera along with our own camera.
This price includes up to 18 people including B&G. Any additional guests for this wedding and reception will be an additional $20 charge per guest up to a maximum of 40 total capacity. Infant -5yrs old are free & not included in total.

Your micro wedding, with or without a reception, at Ivy Jean’s can take place at The Big Sky Pavilion or in the Whippoorwill Ridge Log Chapel.
Couples often combine an elopement and a reception to create their micro wedding. Some married couples even choose to do a micro wedding for their anniversary or vow renewal. More intimate— yet still a beautiful celebration option.

All of our buildings and property are non-smoking and non-vaping. However, for those who are in the process of quitting, one smoking area is designated outside the building out by the entrance gate, this is the only place on property to be used any time a person smokes.
Wine, Champagne and Beer only. For the safety of all, the applicant must purchase/provide documentation of an individual or company with a liquor license to serve alcohol. Along with a certification of Event Insurance policy. No hard liquor allowed. Contact your insurance agent regarding these coverages or contact our local ‘Smart Insurance Agency’ in Marionville MO.
No Pets of any kind allowed. Certified/Registered Service dogs with proper papers only. NO Emotional Support animals of any kind allowed. An additional cleaning fee of $125 per service animal required prior to stay.
