Includes all standard venue amenities and facilities but without the overnight accommodations.
A Non-Refundable retainer of 1/4 of the total package cost will hold the date. Events booked within 60 days 1/3 down. Payment plans available. Payment in full 30 days prior to event.
A damage deposit of $500 is due 30 days prior to the event date with cash, check or credit card. This deposit is refundable if no damages or breach of contract occur.
We are a SMOKE FREE Property inside and outside. HOWEVER, out of respect for all guests at this event or the next, we have provided one designated smoking area on property. This is strictly enforced.
Alcohol: Yes: Wine, Champagne and Beer only. NO Hard Liquor allowed. For the safety of all, we recommend a professional bartender or a designated non-alcohol drinking person to tend the bar. No under age drinking tolerated!
The applicants must purchase and present a copy to the owners of Ivy Jean’s a certificate of Event Insurance Policy with Ivy Jean’s Ozark Farmstead noted as ‘Additional Insured’. To Obtain this event insurance policy, contact your homeowner’s insurance agent regarding these coverages or contact our local insurance company, ‘Smart Insurance Agency’ in Marionville MO.
Big Sky Wedding/Event Pavilion. This is our large open air, covered pavilion with breathtaking mountain top views and a stunning stage for your ceremony. Wheelchair accessible restrooms, Dressing room. After the wedding ceremony, we chair flip into the dance floor for your reception.
Supper Pavilion. A Separate covered dining area for food and refreshments just a few yards away from the ceremony pavilion. Includes space for catering/serving/clean up. It’s separate, yet close by, so it’s all part of the party! Tables and Chairs provided.
Main floor of the large beautiful Farm house. This is privately used for the one-day bridal party use only. Not open to invited guests! The complete Farmhouse is available only in the Full Weekend Wedding/Event Package.
