A Non-Refundable retainer of 1/4 of the total package cost will hold the date.
A damage deposit of $500 is due 90 days prior to the wedding. This deposit is refundable if no damages or breach of contract occur.
We are a SMOKE FREE Property inside and outside. Out of respect for all guests at this event or the next, we have provided one designated smoking area on property.
Alcohol: Wine, Champagne and Beer only. For the safety of all, the applicant must purchase/provide documentation of an individual or company with a liquor license to serve alcohol. Along with a certification of Event Insurance policy. No hard liquor allowed. Contact your insurance agent regarding these coverages or contact our local ‘Smart Insurance Agency’ in Marionville MO.
Big Sky Wedding Pavilion. This is our large open air, covered pavilion with breathtaking mountain top views and a stunning stage for your ceremony. After the ceremony, we chair flip into the dance floor for your reception.
Supper Pavilion. A Separate covered dining area for food and refreshments just a few yards away from the ceremony pavilion. Includes space for catering/serving/clean up. It’s separate, yet close by, so it’s all part of the party! Tables and Chairs provided.
Main floor of the large beautiful Farm house. This is privately used for bridal party use only; dressing, preparing etc. Not open to invited guests.
Patio with fire pit
Wide rambling exposed aggregate concrete walkway connects all areas beautifully.
